Material science & commercial fire compliance.
In high-end commercial environments, safety cannot be an afterthought. We engineer our foliage using advanced LDPE integrated with Inherent Fire Retardant technology — permanent compliance without compromise.
Inherent, not topical.
Most artificial plants on the market rely on topical fire-retardant sprays. Our retardant properties are mixed directly into the polymer matrix during the extrusion and molding process.
Sprayed on. Washes off.
- ✗Surface treatment degrades under cleaning, humidity, and UV.
- ✗Greasy film, sticky residue, visible discoloration after 12 months.
- ✗Fails fire marshal audits — re-application required annually.
- ✗No verifiable production traceability.
Compounded at the polymer level.
- ✓Permanent protection. Cannot wash off, wipe away, or expire.
- ✓Self-extinguishing. Engineered to stop flame spread instantly.
- ✓No film, no residue, no discoloration — ever.
- ✓Laser-engraved lot traceability on every piece.
Independently tested by SGS.
Our materials undergo rigorous independent testing by SGS, the world's leading testing and certification company. Verifiable traceability for every commercial order.
UL 94 VTM-0
Highest rating achieved for thin materials — leaves and fabrics — under UL 94-2023 Rev.2-2024 Section 11. Zero flaming drips and immediate self-extinguishing.
UL 94 V-2
Rating achieved for the 50W (20 mm) vertical burning test under UL 94 Section 8. Applies to finished structural LDPE components.
UV resistance · ISO 105-A02
UV resistant for up to 3 years (ISO 105-A02:1993 / Cor.2:2005). Specifically tested and guaranteed for indoor use. Outdoor durability is affected by moisture, oxygen, and temperature variations.
Harmonized standards
Our UL 94 rating is harmonized with international standards including IEC 60707, IEC 60695-11-10, IEC 60695-11-20, ISO 9772, and ISO 9773.
SGS independent testing
All fire and UV ratings above are verified by SGS, the world's leading independent testing body. Lab-signed reports available on request via the fitter portal.
Outdoor disclaimer
UV testing is specifically for indoor conditions. For outdoor projects, expected lifetime varies with local climate: moisture, oxygen exposure, and temperature cycling all influence polymer longevity. Contact us for application-specific guidance.
